When I was younger and starting to use make up, I was never really into blush as I used my Benefit Hoola Bronzer (£23.50) pretty much all over my face. My first big blush crush was NARS Angelina (£21.50) because I thought the colour was absolutely gorgeous and it is still one of my most used blushes to this day. Since then, I have branched out into the world of drugstore blushes and my collection is pretty big. Here are my top 5 blushes on the cheaper end of the spectrum..

This is one of the cult #BeautyBlogger classics which is talked about all over the blogging hemisphere. It has been likened to another cult classic, NARS Orgasm (£21.50), but I think they are very different. The Sleek blushes have a very buttery texture to them and they are very pigmented. The colour of this is absolutely beautiful, it is a golden coral colour with lots of shimmer. I sometimes will apply this to my cheeks by itself without using a bronzer or a highlighter because this blush alone brings such light and radiance to my cheeks. I find that this blush lasts a good 5 hours on my cheeks before I need to top up.
2. Topshop Blush in Head Over Heels (£6)
This is the only cream blush I have in my collection and I love it. It is a bright coral which works well in Winter or Summer time because it brings the perfect amount of colour to your cheeks. I tend to apply this with my fingers and blend it out quickly because this sets pretty fast. It is a cream to powder consistency which I find means it lasts a pretty long time on my skin, about 6/7 hours which is basically the whole day. Cream blush love!
3. elf Blush in Mellow Mauve ($3)
I picked this blush up in Target because I didn't have too many darker, mauvey blushes in my collection and for $3 I don't think you can really go wrong! I really love the colour of this blush and whilst it isn't the most pigmented it does bring a lovely colour to the cheeks. The matte texture is nice and it is easy to pick up the product on a brush and blend into the apples of your cheeks. I find this blush lasts about 4/5 hours on my cheeks.
4. Milani Baked Blush in Dolce Pink ($8.49)
Milani is a brand I had never heard of until I ventured into the Beauty Blogger world. This was one of the products that was high on my to buy list whilst I was in America and I am not disappointed! This blush is a beautiful bright pink with a lot of shimmer running through. This blush is really pigmented and a little swirl of a blusher brush in this is all you need, it helps make your skin look radiant and glowing without looking too disco-ball!
5. NYX Blush in Dusty Rose ($5.99)
I stood umming and ahhing over which NYX blush I should buy, because they all looked so gorgeous! I ended up deciding on this one because I thought it was a very versatile colour. I absolutely love the colour and the texture of this blush because it is so buttery soft and pigmented. This blush lasts a good 6/7 hours on my skin without budging. I think the next time I am in the States I will be picking up a few more colours, I have my eye on Terracotta!
